About the Mobile Chamber

The Mobile Chamber is a private business organization with more than 1,700 members and the economic developer for the City of Mobile and Mobile County. The Mobile Chamber’s focus is to provide members with networking, marketing and professional development opportunities, expand jobs in the area, develop the local workforce, advocate legislative priorities and offer resources to help small businesses grow. Gather and celebrate as the Boy Scouts honor the recipients of the 2022 Silver Beavers, Whitney M. Young Jr. Service Award, Fretwell Award, Vale La Pena, North Star Award and Class of 2022 Eagle Scouts.



Living History Crew Drill

Come see history come to life with WWII historical reenactors, activities, demonstrations and meet-and-greets.



Saturdays at the Coop

Aug. 13 from 7 to 10 p.m.

Cooper Riverside Park

Relax and enjoy an evening under the stars, live music, food trucks and local vendors. Chairs and blankets are encouraged. This month’s event features Disco Kiss (rock cover band).



Mobile International Speedway Race Day

Aug. 13 from 2 to 11:30 p.m.

Mobile International Speedway, 7800 Park Blvd., Irvington

Alabama’s fastest half-mile is the fastest fun around. Racing starts in March and runs through October.



Vintage Market Days of Mobile

Aug. 25 through Aug. 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (each day)

The Grounds, 1035 Cody Rd.

Vintage Market Days is an upscale, vintage-inspired market featuring original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, home décor, outdoor furnishings, consumable yummies, seasonal plantings and a little more.


Friday Night Live

Aug. 26 from 6 to 11 p.m. | Concert starts at 7 p.m.

Downtown Mobile between Dauphin and Franklin Streets

The City of Mobile will host a night of gospel and jazz performances in downtown Mobile.
