Blueprint for Capital
Growth Stage
Blueprint for Capital is a small business training program for established business owners at the stage of business where growth requires capital infusion. Many business owners find the financial aspect of running a business daunting and they require greater financial skill. In this program you learn to speak “Financial-ese” – the language of business and financing. Whether you have previously received or plan to seek financing, you will perform a comprehensive financial analysis to strengthen your financial position and make a strong pitch for your capital needs.

Minority Business Accelerator
Early Stage
The Minority Business Accelerator is an 9-week curriculum for existing companies that have been in business and are preparing to scale. Participants take a deep dive into each company’s marketing, sales and financial data to uncover obstacles to further growth.
Minority Business Development Program
Idea Stage
The Minority Business Development Program is an 9-week curriculum designed for entrepreneurs in the ideation phase and companies under a year old where founders have little to no business experience. Participants learn from subject matter experts on topics such as customer discovery, market research, legal, financial and business planning.
Business Resources
The Mobile Chamber’s Small Business Development department assists entrepreneurs to start, manage and grow. The department offers professional development opportunities, educational materials, awards programs, referrals and one-on-one counseling.
