About the Mobile Chamber

The Mobile Chamber is a private business organization with more than 1,700 members and the economic developer for the City of Mobile and Mobile County. The Mobile Chamber’s focus is to provide members with networking, marketing and professional development opportunities, expand jobs in the area, develop the local workforce, advocate legislative priorities and offer resources to help small businesses grow. Now that the weather is starting to get warmer, everyone seems to want to get outside and enjoy all the springtime activities such as festivals, sports, sightseeing and more.

This popular sailing event is in its 62nd year and races across Mobile Bay.

May 9 Voter registration deadline
May 17 Last day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail
May 19 Last day for voter to apply for an absentee ballot in person
May 23 Last day for voter to hand-deliver absentee ballot
May 24 Absentee ballots returned by mail must be received by Noon*

PRIMARY RUNOFF ELECTION (if necessary) – JUNE 21, 2022
June 6 Voter registration deadline
June 14 Last day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail
June 16 Last day for voter to apply for an absentee ballot in person
June 20 Last day for voter to hand-deliver absentee ballot
June 21 Absentee ballots returned by mail must be received by Noon*

GENERAL ELECTION – NOVEMBER 8 2022
Oct. 24 Voter registration deadline
Nov. 1 Last day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail
Nov. 3 Last day for voter to apply for an absentee ballot in person
Nov. 7 Last day for voter o hand-deliver absentee ballot
Nov. 8 Absentee ballots returned by mail must be received by Noon*
